01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all aspects of the relationship between you as a user and the umi55 platform, accessible via umi55.pro. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon account registration or upon your first use of any feature or service provided by umi55.

Your continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the umi55 platform immediately.

Umi55 reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the platform at any time should you breach any term stated in this Agreement.

02 User Eligibility

To use umi55 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the higher legal age limit applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Use of the platform must not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or ban under any responsible gambling program.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only on the umi55 platform. Multiple account registrations, whether using the same or different details, are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all related accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, identification number, valid email address, and active phone number. umi55 reserves the right to verify all such information at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. umi55 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the umi55 support team immediately.

• Personal information must be accurate and updated whenever any changes occur.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person.
• KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Umi55 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes at any time.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on umi55 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX Online Banking, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost eWallet, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT for users transacting with crypto assets.

The minimum deposit is RM30 and will be credited to your account within seconds of payment confirmation. Winning withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes after the request is approved for local payment methods, subject to completed KYC verification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• Umi55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification is fully completed.
• Any withdrawal attempt using a third-party account will be declined and investigated.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account level.
• Umi55 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals; however, fees may apply from the payment provider's end.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Umi55 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) as specifically stated in each offer. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it.

Welcome bonuses granted to new members are subject to rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed. Rollover conditions, validity periods, and minimum wagering limits vary by promotion type.

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus fraud or manipulation of the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and further action.

06 Betting, Games & Results

All bets confirmed by the umi55 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the user except in cases specifically stated in the relevant sports or game rules. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their bets are correct before confirmation.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or any disruption affecting game outcomes, umi55 reserves the right to void or re-declare the relevant betting results. The decision of the umi55 technical team in such matters is final.

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by an independent body.
• Sports bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time of review.
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be refunded in accordance with the relevant sports rules.

• The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized method to place bets is prohibited.

07 Accepted User Conduct

Umi55 users are expected to conduct themselves politely and responsibly while using this platform. Any behavior that damages other users' experience, exploits system vulnerabilities, or brings umi55 into disrepute will be dealt with seriously.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Fraud, collusion between players, or any form of game manipulation.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage.
• Acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's account.
• Spreading false information about umi55 to the public.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of umi55.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their umi55 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before closing, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn, as umi55 will not be responsible for any unclaimed balance after the account is closed.

Umi55 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or upon request by lawful authorities. In cases of closure due to fraud, all associated balances may be forfeited.

• Temporary suspension may occur while an investigation is ongoing.
• Users whose accounts have been closed due to fraud are not permitted to re-register.
• Account closure appeals may be submitted to the umi55 support team within 30 days.

09 umi55 Liability Limits

Umi55 provides this platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues. While we make every effort to ensure 24/7 platform availability, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause temporary disruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, umi55 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or extraordinary circumstances beyond umi55's control.
• Betting or game outcomes that have been legitimately confirmed by the system.
• Losses arising from a user's own disclosure of their password or account information.
• Any losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

10 Terms Amendment & Change Notice

Umi55 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or through their registered email.
